Meet Fiona
I’m Fiona Dunny, founder of Engage Human Resources and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
I’ve spent over 15 years working in HR, workplace compliance and recruitment across corporate, SME and not-for-profit organisations in Ireland and the UK. Along the way I saw how many smaller organisations were trying to manage people issues with a small HR team or sometimes without any HR support in place, and often only getting help once an issue had escalated.
I set up Engage Human Resources in Newbridge, Co. Kildare in 2023 to give those organisations access to experienced HR support without the cost of a full-time HR department.
